Amaru Valle Hotel - Urubamba

Would recommend for a brief visit

Spacious room, peaceful garden, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful courtyard perfect.

It was a quirky and beautiful hotel in a peaceful area, adjacent to Urubamba, Maras and Moray and enough the center. The view from single room was incredible! All the staff were very amiable and extremely friendly. The location was quiet - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Safa and Marwa Hill.

The location was great, around 10-15 minutes walk from Sir Torrechayoc Church. The area was fairly quiet near to the center of town and Urubamba and the centre of Urubamba. The room was perfectly appointed with an exceptionally comfortable bed. We really enjoyed having a bath.

I was offered a room with incredible views of the mountains. The bathroom had bathtubs, which was great. The location was peaceful, at a moderate distance from Main Square Park🙂

the gardens and landscaping are beautiful, but the wifi is hit or miss.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast should offer more variety for kids.

I stayed in the Standard Double or Twin Room for 3 nights, and it was really nice. The room was clean and had an electric heater which was awesome for those chilly night showers. Super spacious and cozy overall. The only downside was the dark dirt road we had to walk down at night after dinner, but the atmosphere made it worth it!

The room was smaller than expected, and the roads leading to the hotel were quite dark at night, requiring caution. While the staff were helpful, more variety in the breakfast options would enhance the experience.

My kids wished for more breakfast options for picky eaters.

The rooms were super cozy and clean. We loved relaxing in the lovely garden and the inviting sun terrace. We enjoyed some quiet time there after a delicious breakfast with fresh local treats like homemade bread and fruit. Just a heads up, the walk back was a bit dark, but it was totally worth it 🌼

Charming Stay with Amazing Service

My family enjoyed a good three-night stay. The staff genuinely cared for our needs, even accommodating my daughter's gluten-free breakfast requests. A beautiful garden surrounds the hotel, perfect for morning walks. Be prepared for uneven dirt roads when arriving, especially after dark.

The room was bright and spacious, nice for a relaxing atmosphere, and the garden provided a perfect setting to unwind while watching the hummingbirds. The friendly and helpful staff enhanced the experience.

The steep road access might be challenging.
